Only on your device. There is no account and no server — nothing is uploaded. Deleting the app removes your data, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.
Open a job, then scroll to the pay-rule section. Pick a region preset for a starting point, or set your own daily/weekly overtime thresholds, multipliers, break rules, and pay period. Presets are starting points only, not legal or payroll advice — always follow your employment agreement and local law.
Yes. Enter the real start and end date and time; the app counts the full worked duration, including overnight shifts and daylight-saving changes.
Yes. Each job keeps its own hourly rate and its own pay rules. PTO and holidays are tracked separately from worked hours.
On the Pay tab, use the share button to export a timesheet as PDF or CSV, or to import shifts from a CSV file.
